Invitation to Bid 22-23-116 RL Gaine’s Park Community Center, Tennis Center & Tennis Courts New Construction & Renovations

The City of West Palm Beach and the Parks and Recreation Department is seeking qualified Contractors to partially demolish the existing single-story Community Center building located at Gaines Park, 1501 N. Australian Avenue, West Palm Beach, 33401 and construct a new one-story building replacing the existing building including a new building expansion. The new building will be constructed in the same location as the existing building. The new Community Center consists of a gymnasium, multi-purpose room, a commercial kitchen and support spaces.
