INVITATION TO BID ITB NO. 23-24-100 MK Small Water Meter Replacement Services

The City is soliciting bids from responsible and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, services, skills, supervision, tools, and equipment necessary to furnish and install replacement small water meters. The Contractor shall have the capability to perform and complete the services in accordance with the terms and provisions of the solicitation documents, meter manufacturer installation requirements and the contract. The Contractor shall replace 4,000 water meters within six (6) months of Contractor receiving meters from the manufacturer.

Bids must be received and time-stamped by the Procurement personnel no later than the deadline. Bidders are responsible for insuring that their bid is time-stamped by Procurement personnel by the deadline indicated.

Final Questions Due: December 15, 2023 by 5:00 p.m.

Bid Due: January 8, 2024 at 3:00 p.m.
