The Suwannee River Water Management District (District) is currently seeking qualifications to conduct ecological services work on District lands. This work will be conducted to help the District meet various goals and objectives listed in their District Land Management Plan. Examples of work includes: rare plant species survey and monitoring, natural community mapping, and other tasks such as reptile/amphibian surveys and avian surveys. Organizations interested in submitting qualifications must provide information documenting their experience conducting these types of ecological services work in Florida, on an annual basis, over the last 5 years. Organizations must employ experienced ecologists, botanists/biologists to conduct this work and have the GIS experience and equipment to collect and populate District supplied ArcGIS shapefiles and return fully populated files as a contract deliverable.
