NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of South Miami (“City”) is soliciting responses for the SOUTH MIAMI CITY HALL CITY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT. Interested companies, firms, and individuals (“Respondents”) may obtain a copy of Request for Qualifications RFQ No. CSM2024-01 (the “RFQ”) to be issued on February 9, 2024, at City Hall (6130 Sunset Drive, South Miami, Florida), from the City’s website at
www.southmiamifl.gov
, or from DemandStar at

. The RFQ contains detailed information about the scope of services, submission requirements, and selection procedures. The Successful Respondents shall be provided with an opportunity to compete as part of a Phase II Request for Proposals competitive procurement process.
