NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Works is seeking sealed proposals for the following work as specified :

Electrical Services

Citywide Street Lights

The City of Lauderhill will be accepting sealed proposals until 10:45 A.M. on July 11, 2023. All proposal shall be submitted via IonWave https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ . Proposals received after 10:45 A.M. EST will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

The City of Lauderhill Public Works Department is seeking to secure electrical contractor services to provide Citywide street light maintenance and electrical repairs on an as needed basis. The services will include inspection, testing, replacing heads, lamps, ballast, relays, fuses, wires and light fixtures. Services will also include repair and replacement of control boxes or disconnects. The scope will also include trenching, running of conduits and the pulling of old and new wiring to junction boxes.

The City anticipates awarding a contract(s) for three (3) years with two (2) additional one (1) year options, contingent on funding availability .

The RFP documents may be examined and obtained on and after June 13,2023 at the City’s website or IonWave. Vendors who obtain solicitation documents from other sources than the Finance Department are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete. Furthermore, all addendums will be posted and disseminated by the Finance/Purchasing Department via IonWave.
