Title:   DeSoto County Local Agency Program (LAP) County Road 760 FP # 444206-1-38-01; S.E. West Avenue, FP# 444207-1-38-01 and S.W. Kingsway Circle FP# 444324-1-38-01 Sidewalk Design Services.

Description:  The DeSoto County Board of County Commissioners utilizing Federally Funded Local Agency Program (LAP) Funds are seeking formal Proposals from qualified firms and/or individuals to perform Design Services for Sidewalk Construction on County Road 760, S.E. West Avenue and S.W. Kingsway Circle as indicated within the context of this Bid. Proposers do NOT have to be FDOT Pre-Qualified for this Project.

Pre-Bid/Proposal Conference:  THERE WILL BE NO PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE FOR THIS SOLICITATION.

Proposal Due Date:  March 20, 2024 @ 2:00 PM

Proposals must be submitted at the Purchasing office-201 E. Oak St., Suite 203, Arcadia, Fl. 34266.

Proposals submitted after the indicated time will not be considered but returned unopened to sender.
