SCOPE OF SERVICES
PURPOSE: It is the intent of the City of North Port to secure the services of a consultant to develop a retail recruitment strategy that focuses on facilitation of retail growth and retention in the City as well as understanding the retail landscape of the City and identify retail gaps.
