Notice is hereby given that the City of North Port will receive sealed proposals from legal entities authorized to do business in Florida at the City of North Port Finance Department, 4970 City Hall Boulevard, Suite 337, North Port, Florida 34286, for:

RFP NO. 2023-17

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES – CONTINUING SERVICES CONTRACTS FOR CITY OF NORTH PORT

It is the intent of the City of North Port to request proposals from experienced, competent, qualified, and licensed firms for construction management services for the City of North Port on an as-needed basis for a range of pre-construction, construction, and warranty phase services related to design, permitting and construction management of miscellaneous projects as may be designated by the City. Projects assigned under this contract will not exceed in total project cost of $4,000,000. Not all projects for the City of North Port will be Federal.

Proposals may be mailed, or hand delivered to Purchasing Division, City of North Port, 4970 City Hall Boulevard, Suite 337, North Port, Florida 34286, NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM ON DECEMBER 16, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. PROPOSALS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE AND TIME WILL BE REJECTED.
