The City is seeking qualified individuals or firms to provide special event equipment on an as needed basis for City-hosted special events and festivals throughout the year. The City is seeking a cost per hour for rental items which include but are not limited to: Tents, Tables, Linen, Chairs, Lighting, Fencing, Bars, Fans, Pipe and Drape, Portable Stage Units and other equipment as outlined.

Bids will be accepted on DemandStar until 1:00 PM on August 14, 2023. Bids will be publicly opened at 1:15 PM on that same day; interested parties may join the opening with the information below.
