This is a notification that the City of Deerfield Beach intends to award the purchase of replacement 3.5” and 2” Jaeger Tri-pack media to TSC-Jacobs South. The replacement media is for the Reverse Osmosis (RO) Degasifier and Scrubber System located at the West Water Treatment Plant, 290 Goolsby Blvd. Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442. The specifications for the 3.5” and 2” Jaeger Tri-pack media has been included as part of the sole source documents. This purchase does not include installation. TSC-Jacobs South is the exclusive representative in the state of Florida for Jacobs Air Water Systems municipal market products. They are the sole source in the state of Florida for all products designed and manufactured by Jacobs Air Water Systems for the municipal market.

Prospective vendors are asked to provide information regarding their ability to provide the product described herein.

Vendors who believe that they can provide a product of the same or greater quality and compatibility that will produce the same or greater results for the City shall submit such evidence in their response attachments by the due date of this sole source notification.
