This is a notification that the City of Deerfield Beach intends to purchase a Sigma/2 M otor-Driven D iaphragm M etering P ump ( Control Version b) , Model # S2CBH07220PVTS070UD01001EN01 (Mfr. ProMinent Fluid Controls, Inc.) from TriNova, Inc. The a Sigma/2 M otor-Driven D iaphragm M etering P ump ( Control Version b) will replace the existing Metering Pump used for the chemical feed pump that is critical for the processing of finished water for the City of Deerfield Beach Water Plant Operations. The features and specifications for the a Sigma/2 M otor-Driven D iaphragm M etering P ump ( Control Version b) are included with the sole source documents. This purchase does not include installation of the Metering Pump, only assisting the setup of the controller. TriNova Inc. is the single source representative for sales and service to the municipal market for ProMinent Fluid Controls, Inc. products in the State of Florida, excluding the Panhandle area.

Prospective vendors are asked to provide information regarding their ability to provide the product described herein.

Vendors who believe that they can provide the product of the same or greater quality and compatibility that will produce the same or greater results for the City shall submit such evidence in their Response Attachments by the due date and time of this Sole Source Notification.
