INVITATION TO BID

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners seeks bids from qualified electrical contractors to provide for the turnkey replacement of the Switchboard at the Bay County Courthouse located at 400 East Fourth Street, Panama City, Florida 32401.

Contractors shall be Florida licensed electrical contractors. Contractors may be Florida licensed Building Contractor or General Contractor bidding with a Florida licensed electrical sub-contractor.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held beginning at 10:00 am, Tuesday June 6, 2023 in the Purchasing Conference Room, 840 W. 11 ^th Street, Panama City, FL 32401.

ELECTRONIC/SEALED BIDS for ITB NO: ITB 23-38 Courthouse Main Electrical Switchboard Replacement will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA up until 2:00 pm (CDT)Tuesday, June 27, 2023. Bids will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline.

Bids for this solicitation may be submitted either electronically via the County’s Bonfire Web portal or by paper, sealed and delivered to the Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Department, at 840 W. 11 ^th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401.
