INVITATION TO BID

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors for the construction of approximately 0.27 miles of an 8-ft wide shared use path along the north side of Magnolia Beach Road (CR747).

The Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified in, under Rule Chapter 14-22, Florida Administrative Code, the following major classes of work: 1) Drainage, 2) Flexible Paving, 3) Grading, 4) Grassing, Seeding and Sodding, 5) Hot Plant-Mixed Bituminous Courses, 6) Pavement Markings, and 7) Roadway Signing.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. (CST) Wednesday, March 1, 2023 in the Public Works Conference Room, 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, FL 32401.

SEALED BIDS for ITB NO:23-19 Magnolia Beach Road Multiuse Path Re-bid will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA up until 2:00 pm (CST) Thursday, March 23, 2023. Bids will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline.

Bids for this solicitation may be submitted either electronically via the County’s Bonfire Web portal or by paper, sealed and delivered to the Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Department, at 840 W. 11 ^th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401.
