INVITATION TO BID

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified underground utility contractors to install 350 LF of 16” C905 DR21 PVC Force Main to connect into the existing headworks at the Military Point Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 am, April 28, 2023 in the Purchasing Department Conference Room, 840 W. 11 ^th Street, Suite 2400, Panama City, FL 32401.

SEALED BIDS for ITB NO: 23-30 Military Point Force Main Extension will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA up until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. Bids will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline.
