PC23-038 SRF PS44 Force Main Replacement
General Notice
City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
SRF PS44 Force Main Replacement
Mott MacDonald Project No. 502101059-006
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Panama City’s Purchasing Division located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, FL 32401, until Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. CT. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Construction of approximately 4,500 LF of 16” Force Main. Installation techniques will comprise of conventional open trench and trenchless methods.
The Project has an expected duration of 365 days.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am – 4pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
All Bidders must be registered plan holders and must pick up bid documents from the Engineer, Mott MacDonald, to be added to the plan holders list. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Engineer’s office. Addenda, if any, will be provided electronically to plan holders, as well as posted on the City’s website, and a return receipt will be requested to verify receipt.
All bid documents including Plans, Specifications, and Addenda are available from the City of Panama City’s Purchasing Division office by contacting Johnnie Gallegos, contracts administrator at

.
Pre-bid Conference
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. CT at the City of Panama City, City Hall, 501 Harrison Avenue, Lower level, Room 10, Panama City, Florida 32401. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
