The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select a vendor that can provide Wastewater Bypass Pump Rentals. All Bids shall include a sample of any service agreement, contract or other document (including any and all preprinted terms on the reverse side of any document) that the Company may require a JEA Representative to sign. The Rental Agreement/Delivery Ticket shall apply only to the extent that its terms are not in addition to, or in conflict with, the terms of the Contract. Any agreement, contract or document produced for signature which is not submitted with the Company’s Bid shall be void and of no force and effect. Technical Specifications and a detailed Scope of Work are located in Appendix A of this document.
