The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit pricing for the purchase and installation of Dielectric Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) testing equipment to test dielectric gloves, sleeves, blankets, line hoses and hot sticks. This testing process ensures the safety of personnel using JEA issued PPE and supports JEA’s core value of Safety.
