The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide services that includes the cleaning and rehabilitation o the 1.127-million-gallon Strata-Therm thermal ground storage tank at the Hogan’s Creek Chilled water plant (777 Church St. E.) as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship Additional information can be found in Appendix A - Technical Specifications and Appendix A - Drawings.
