The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation for Facilities Janitorial Service – Open Market for Downtown, Service Centers and Other Sites (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide Janitorial Services for JEA’s Service Centers, and other specific additional facilities including Wellness Centers identified in “Appendix B - Proposal Workbook” as described in this Solicitation  (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regard to pricing, quality, approach, and workmanship. JEA owns sites primarily in Duval County, with some additional sites in Clay, Nassau, and St Johns Counties. The work to be performed by the Company includes all labor, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment, and reporting requirements necessary for performing the work.  The Proposal Workbook represents estimated quantities and is to be used as a guideline and not a guarantee of work.
