The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select a Responsible Bidder for construction services to upgrade to the Twin Creeks Wastewater Pump Station. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to complete the Twin Creeks Booster Pump Station Upgrades Project in its entirety per Appendix A Drawings and Technical Specifications. The Contractor shall strictly follow JEA’s Water & Sewer Standards Manual. Additional information can be found in Appendix A - Technical Specifications.
