TITLE:
ANNUAL STORMWATER & PIPING (WORCS) INSTALLATION SERVICES
DUE DATE: APRIL 13, 2023 @ 3:30P.M.
The City of Titusville intends to contract with a licensed contractor(s) to supply all labor, supervision, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, transportation and other incidentals required for stormwater repairs and improvements. Work under this contract may include but not limited to:

Storm sewer installation includes cross drains, side drains, manhole and inlet structures, and outfall and/ or end treatment that may encounter groundwater during installation within project limits.

Roadway construction and restoration

Right-of-Way construction and restoration
-
Retention/ Detention pond construction and restoration, grading, and ditch construction; all should be considered to be under wet conditions unless noted on the construction plans.

Underdrain, trench, and French drain installation.

Channel grading and/ or large stormwater structure installation under wet conditions.

Other related stormwater projects.

Qualifications:
|
|
Bidder shall have, as a minimum, two (2) years of experience working as a licensed contractor and shall be able to demonstrate that it has satisfactorily completed three (3) similar road resurfacing projects. Additionally, the City reserves the right to award the contract to a Bidder that can demonstrate that it is qualified and capable to undertake the Work, as determined only by the City, provided that it submits the lowest bid in compliance with the requirements contained in the bid documents, and that it is in the City’s best interest to accept said bid.

All construction shall conform to the FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, latest edition.
