The City of Titusville (City) is seeking the services of a duly licensed and qualified consultant capable of conducting a planning survey and historic study that will involve the researching, recording, publishing, and promoting the history, events, and landmarks within the City’s historic black community (see attached project area map). As a part of this effort, it is expected that new historic resources (or the location of former resources) will be found.
