The City of Titusville is seeking sealed proposals from qualified software vendors for the purchase of and implementation of an Asset Management/Computerized Maintenance Management System (AM/CMMS) with an optional software solution for Pretreatment Operations. This system will mainly be used by the City’s Water Resources and Public Works departments, however, there is a possibility that other departments will desire to implement in the future for asset tracking/conditions/ maintenance management. The City desires to procure a software solution that can best address the functional and performance requirements as stated in this RFP. Vendors should propose options that will optimize the system performance, system growth, system flexibility, Reporting ability, and reliability. Proposals should include software license, installation, training, support and long-term maintenance. Vendors may choose to include or not to include the requested Pretreatment component.
