Notes	The City of Deerfield Beach (City) is seeking experienced and qualified firm to decorate the locations specified herein with themed holiday lights and decorations. These decorations will be displayed throughout the month of December for the enjoyment of residents and guests in the spirit of the Holiday Season. The City seeking a Contractor who will propose a creative design consistent with the City’s vision of a themed holiday display that at a minimum meets the requirements detailed herein. The Offeror’s proposal should illustrate their design concept and detail the lighting and display requirements that will be used.

Question	Hello, I am Pierre-Arthur BAYLE and I work for Blachere illumination USA. I am contacting you today regarding the request for proposal. We are the European leader in the Christmas lighting field, and have been present in the United States for 10 years, where we have carried out major projects such as Fifth Avenue in New York, the city of Orlando and Hudson Yards. Every year we light up cities, parks, shopping malls and luxury hotels all over the world. We are interested in participating in your request for proposal, but we need more informations. We would need to know a range of your overall budget in order to know what kind of displays we can offer you… Without this information, it is very difficult for us to submit an offer and design project simulations. Thank you in advance for your answer.
