The City desires to contract with an experienced, competent and licensed contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and all appurtenances to make Exterior and Interior Construction Repairs to the Utilities Administration Building and the Public Works Administration Building located at 3132 & 3130 Cooper Street, Punta Gorda, which were damaged during hurricane Ian.

This contract and issued services/commodities will be in full accordance with Federal Uniform Guidance, 2 CFR 200.
