Notes	The City desires to award a contract for a contractor to furnish and delivery Marine Grade Ready Mix to the City’s Public Works Yard, 3130 Cooper Street, Punta Gorda, FL for the construction of seawall slabs. These slabs will be used for replacement of seawalls damaged in Hurricane Ian and future potential FEMA eligible events. This contract will be for fixed unit pricing for a one (1) year period. This contract and issued services/commodities will be in full accordance with Federal Uniform Guidance, 2 CFR 200.
